MANAGEMENT TEAM

Nancy has been in the translation industry for nearly 12 years and has consulted extensively with companies worldwide. She has worked with major corporations helping them to roll-out major communications projects, overseeing translations for technical content, branding and advertising content, legal contracts and briefs, as well as trade journals. Nancy joins G3 after successful careers at the New York-based TransPerfect Translations/translations.com family of companies among others, also headquartered in New York. She has lived and studied in Germany, earning a dual M.A. degree from the University of Hannover, and is fluent in German. Her language background also includes studies in Latin, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.

John Labati, Chief Operations Officer, G3

John comes to G3 with over 15 years of experience in the translation industry and has been a key point of contact for Fortune 1000 companies looking to expand their business globally. Prior to joining G3 John served as Vice President of Client Services at a mid-sized translation company located in New York City where he was responsible for new business development and managing client relations. John also spent 12 years in Europe where he managed a foreign language services agency involved in technical translation for the industrial sector, language instruction for companies engaged in international trade, as well as linguistic consulting services and interactive language courses for a European media provider. A fluent speaker of both Italian and Spanish, John is a certified translator with the American Translators Association and is a member of the New York Circle of Translators.

Ann Tancredi Brown, Principal

Ann has 30 years of experience in management and market research services operations. Currently Ann serves as the President of Gazelle Global Research Services, the founding affiliate of Gazelle Globalization Group (G3). Ann has also held the position of Vice President of Operations at CRC Information Systems where she managed a telephone room and data processing staff. She was Director of Data Processing at Yankelovich Skelly and White, and Manager of Data Processing at The Simmons Market Research Bureau.

Harriet Naidus, Principal

Harriet has over 30 years of experience in market research. Harriet serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Gazelle Global Research Services. Prior to Gazelle, Harriet held senior positions in sales and client services at CRC Information Systems and Brehl and Associates, a full service market research company. She has been involved in all aspects of market research.
